I can't consume Biotin, can I still take the vitamins?

What are the different shipping options?
Once your order has been processed, SF Express typically delivers your order within 1-2 days to your shipping address. At times, you may be asked to pick up your package at a SF Express or provide delivery instructions via phone or email. To ensure you receive your package without delay, please provide the best contact phone number during checkout.
Processing can take 2-3 days depending on if you placed your order on a weekend or around a Holiday.

What are your shipping charges?
Exact shipping and delivery charges are determined by your location and the package weight. Please utilize the shipping calculator at checkout for your specific shipment cost. HK and Macau shipping starts at $30 for SF Express Shipping.

When does the package ship?
Orders are processed for shipment within 36 hours, Sunday - Friday morning. Processing may take longer if the order was placed around the Holidays or on a weekend.
Orders placed Friday, after 10 am will be processed late Sunday evening.
If Friday or Monday was a Holiday, please add an additional day for processing.

Will I be charged duty fees?
Our company is based in the Hong Kong. All of our Hong Kong & Macau orders are free of duty fees.
While most of our orders are free of any Import Taxes or Duty Fees, we cannot be held responsible for any taxes, seizures or fees from importing our product.
